Definitions
Auto-Suspend
 The computer's display turns off and the computer is put in "hybernation" mode.  When the user presses any key or power button, the computer wakes up quickly and is fully functional without having to do a full reboot.  This happens after 5 minutes of inactivity.
Auto-Shutdown
 The computer shuts off completely automatically without any human intervention.  The user is required to use the power button to restart the computer.  This happens after 8 minutes of inactivity.
Keyboard Suspend
 When the user presses the suspend button on the computer, the computer goes into "hybernation" mode and then when the user presses any key or the power button, the computer wakes up and is fully functional without requiring a reboot.
Close Lid Suspend
 When the user closes the lid, the computer goes into "hybernation" mode but when the user opens the lid, the computer wakes up quickly and is fully functional.
apm --suspend
 When you issue this command at the console, the computer should go into "hybernation" mode.  The computer sould be able to restore itself to the previous state by pressing any key or the power button.

 1)  apm --suspend responded with "NO APM support in kernel"  OS 3.0.5
 1) Did not install.  Booted into diagnostic mode and got: "Squashfs: Can't find Squashfs superblock"  .  Typed "startx" and then just got grey screen.
